OUR STORY

Why Physioridham Exists

Physioridham was established to raise the standard of physiotherapy care available in Mumbai. Too often, patients are handed generic exercise sheets or rushed through sessions without ever understanding why their pain exists in the first place. We set out to do it differently.

From a single rehab centre at Opera House, Physioridham has grown into a full-service physiotherapy practice covering sports rehabilitation, neurological recovery, cardiac rehabilitation, geriatric care, and post-operative recovery — while staying true to the same principle we started with: every patient deserves a treatment plan built around their body, not a template.

Today, our team also extends care beyond the clinic, offering home physiotherapy visits across Mumbai for patients who cannot travel, ensuring that quality care isn’t limited by mobility or location.

OUR MISSION & PHILOSOPHY

Move Freely, Live Fully

We believe movement is fundamental to a full life — and that pain, stiffness, or reduced mobility shouldn’t be something patients simply learn to live with. Our mission is to help every patient understand the root cause of their condition, not just manage its symptoms.

  • Treating the underlying cause of pain, not only the pain itself
  • Building personalized rehabilitation plans instead of generic programs
  • Educating patients on their condition so they understand their own recovery
  • Setting realistic, honest expectations rather than overpromising results
  • Supporting long-term prevention, not just short-term relief

OUR APPROACH TO CARE

How We Work With You

Every patient who comes to Physioridham — whether at our Opera House clinic or through a home visit — goes through a structured process designed around clarity and communication:

  • A detailed initial assessment of your condition, medical history, and movement patterns
  • A clear diagnosis explained in plain language, not medical jargon
  • A customized treatment plan built around your specific goals and lifestyle
  • Hands-on manual therapy combined with targeted exercise rehabilitation
  • Ongoing progress monitoring, with your plan adjusted as your body responds
  • Guidance on long-term prevention once your recovery goals are met

This isn’t a one-size-fits-all checklist — it’s a working relationship between you and your physiotherapist, focused on getting you back to full function safely.

OUR CLINIC & FACILITY

A Clinic Built for Recovery

Our rehab centre at Opera House, Girgaon is equipped to support a wide range of physiotherapy needs — from sports injury rehabilitation to post-surgical recovery and geriatric care. The space is designed to give patients a comfortable, professional environment for both assessment and hands-on treatment.

For patients who are unable to visit us — due to surgery, mobility limitations, age, or simply convenience — our physiotherapists bring the same standard of care directly to your home, anywhere across Mumbai.

A Team of Qualified, Experienced Physiotherapists

Physioridham’s team holds qualifications spanning BPTH, MPTH, and specialized certifications in manual therapy, kinesiology taping, IASTM, cupping, pilates instruction, and pelvic rehabilitation. Beyond credentials, what defines our team is a shared commitment to continuous learning, evidence-based practice, and treating every patient as an individual rather than a diagnosis.

Whether you’re recovering from a sports injury, managing a chronic condition, or supporting an elderly family member’s mobility, you’ll be matched with a physiotherapist whose expertise fits your specific needs.

Our Founders

The People Behind Physioridham

Physioridham was built on a simple belief: no two bodies are the same, so no two treatment plans should be either. Our founders bring together years of clinical experience in orthopaedic, sports, and spine rehabilitation, and every patient who walks through our doors gets care that is personal, evidence-based, and focused on long-term results.
